TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Introduction 

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern RED MEMBERSHIP ("Program"), offered by Red Planet Hotels ("Red Planet," "we," "our," or "us"). By participating in the Program, you ("Red Member" or “Member”) agree to be bound by these Terms. 

2. Membership Eligibility

2.1 The Program is available to individuals aged 18 years or older who sign up on the Red Planet Hotels website. Membership is free of charge.

2.2 Only one account is permitted per individual. Membership is strictly non-transferable. 

2.3 To avail Red Member’s benefits, the Member must be the only individual using your membership account (i.e. the booking must be made under Member’s name); and be one of the registered guests to check-in and stay at the hotel for the entire period of the booking. 

3. Membership Tiers

3.1 Explorer Tier: Earned upon signing up for the Program 

3.2 Adventurer Tier: Requires at least five (5) Room Nights within a year after signing up 

3.3 Champion Tier: Requires at least ten (10) Room Nights within a year after signing up 

4. Membership Perks

4.1 Tier-specific benefits include: 

Explorer Tier:
10% discount on Room Rates (Web)
Complimentary early check-in or late check-out (2 hours), subject to availability

Adventurer Tier:
13% discount on Room Rates (Web)
20% discount on Birthday Month (discount applies only to dates within the member's birth month, regular rates apply outside birth month)
Complimentary early check-in or late check-out (3 hours), subject to availability
Comfort kit on every stay (for maximum 2 guests, given upon arrival)

Champion Tier:
15% discount on Room Rates (Web)
25% discount on Birthday Month (discount applies only to dates within the member's birth month, regular rates apply outside birth month)
Complimentary early check-in or late check-out (4 hours), subject to availability
Cozy Pack on every stay (for maximum 2 guests, given upon arrival)
Waiver of one (1) pet-friendly fee (applies per booking and per stay, regardless of the number of rooms booked)
Free 1 night voucher every after 10th booking (validity & blackout dates applies)

4.2 Benefits are subject to change at Red Planet’s discretion and are subject to availability.

4.3 Discounts earned under the Program may not be used in conjunction with other government-mandated discounts, e.g., senior citizen discount.
 

5. Validity

5.1. Membership has no expiry

5.2 Except for the Explorer tier, all other membership levels require a minimum number of room nights in 12 months to retain status. Failure to meet this requirement will result in a downgrade to a lower tier.

5.3 Maintaining room nights:
Explorer Tier: none
Adventurer: 4 room nights
Champion: 9 room nights

6. Additional Notes

6.1 All discounts and offers are applicable only to bookings made via the Red Planet Hotels website.

6.2 Free night vouchers are subject to blackout dates and other restrictions.

6.3 Rates are exclusive to website (Red App promo rates do not apply).

6.4 Benefits can only be availed in Red Planet Hotels in The Philippines.

7. General Conditions

7.1 Red Planet Hotels reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program or these Terms at any time without prior notice, despite potential on Membership Tier or Status of any Red Members. 

7.2 Misuse of the Program, including fraudulent activity, may result in termination of membership and forfeiture of earned vouchers and benefits.

7.3 Free voucher are not subject to sale or barter and are non-transferrable and not convertible to cash. Red Planet reserves the right to confiscate vouchers which Red Planet, at its sole discretion, deems to have been obtained through improper means.  

7.4 Red Planet will make every reasonable effort to maintain and ensure the proper functionality of the Program, however, it shall not be held responsible for any technical errors, interruptions, or delays that may affect its performance.

7.5 In case of disputes, Red Planet Hotels’ decision will be final and binding.

7.6 By participating in the Program, the Member understands that Red Planet does not warrant that the Program will be free from defects. In no event will Red Planet be liable for damages of any kind arising out of or in relation to the terms and conditions of the

Program.  

7.7 The Program is governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without prejudice to relevant choice of law provisions. By participating in the Program, Members consent that the choice of venue for all disputes shall be the courts and/or government

agencies of Makati City.

8. Privacy Policy

8.1 By joining the Program, Members consent to the collection, use, and sharing of their personal information in accordance with Red Planet’s Privacy Policy.

8.2 Members may opt out of promotional communications by updating their preferences on their account.
