These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern RED MEMBERSHIP (“Program”), offered by Red Planet Hotels (“Red Planet,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By participating in the Program, you (“Red Member” or “Member”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

Red Planet reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Program or these Terms at any time without prior notice.

The Program is available to individuals aged 18 years or older who sign up through the Red Planet Hotels website or the Red Planet Hotels mobile application.

Membership is free of charge.

Only one (1) membership account is permitted per individual. Membership accounts are non-transferable.

To qualify for Program benefits and room night accumulation:

Red Planet reserves the right to verify Member eligibility and stay qualification at any time.

Explorer Tier
Explorer Tier is granted upon successful enrollment in the Program.

Adventurer Tier
A Member will qualify for Adventurer Tier upon completing at least five (5) eligible room nights within a calendar quarter.

Champion Tier
A Member will qualify for Champion Tier upon completing at least ten (10) eligible room nights within a calendar quarter.

Calendar Quarters
The Program follows the calendar quarters below:

Tier Qualification
Membership tier evaluations are based solely on eligible room nights completed within the applicable calendar quarter.

Tier Effective Date
Any tier upgrade earned during a calendar quarter shall take effect in the succeeding calendar quarter.

All Program benefits:

Discount Restrictions
Earned Program discounts and offers cannot be combined with government-mandated discounts, including Senior Citizen and PWD discounts, unless otherwise required by law.

Membership has no expiry.

Except for the Explorer Tier, all other membership levels require a minimum number of eligible room nights within a twelve (12) month period to retain status. Failure to meet this requirement will result in a downgrade to a lower tier.

Minimum room nights required to maintain membership tier:

Champion Tier Members may earn one (1) Free Room Night Voucher after accumulating ten (10) eligible room nights within a three (3) month period.

The three (3) month earning period is calculated from the date of the Member’s first eligible stay within that earning window.

Once ten (10) eligible room nights are reached within the three (3) month period, the voucher will be issued to the Member’s account.

Free Room Night Vouchers are subject to blackout dates, availability, and other booking restrictions.

Vouchers may only be used for bookings made through the Red Planet Hotels website or mobile application.

Eligible room nights refer only to completed and paid stays booked directly through the Red Planet Hotels website or mobile application.

Red Planet reserves the right to determine whether a booking qualifies as an eligible room night.

Cancelled bookings, no-shows, complimentary stays, employee stays, barter arrangements, and other promotional or non-qualifying stays may be excluded from room night accumulation.

Program benefits are applicable only at participating Red Planet Hotels properties in the Philippines.

Benefits and vouchers may not be sold, exchanged, bartered, or transferred.

Any misuse, abuse, fraudulent activity, or violation of these Terms may result in:

Red Planet reserves the right to audit Member accounts and booking activity for compliance purposes.

Red Planet will make reasonable efforts to maintain the availability and functionality of the Program but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Red Planet shall not be liable for any technical issues, delays, interruptions, system failures, or inaccuracies affecting the Program.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Red Planet shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Program.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Any disputes arising from or relating to the Program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts and appropriate government agencies of Makati City, Philippines.

In case of disputes relating to Program interpretation, qualification, benefits, or eligibility, the decision of Red Planet shall be final and binding, subject to applicable laws.

By joining the Program, Members consent to the collection, use, and sharing of their personal information in accordance with Red Planet’s Privacy Policy.

Members may update communication preferences or opt out of promotional communications through their account settings.
