BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. GENERAL

    To complete an online booking, you will be required to provide certain details, including your full name. The name of the booking holder must match the registered guest staying at the hotel. Upon check-in, you WILL be asked to present an original and valid government-issued photo identification for identity verification purposes. 

    The rate, payment terms, and cancellation policy for your booking may vary depending on the room type, booking type, and other applicable factors. These terms will be clearly stated at the time of booking. 

    Your reservation will be considered confirmed once a booking confirmation containing a valid confirmation number has been issued and sent to you via email. 

  2. RATE AND TAXES

    The rate of your booking includes (i) the room charge; and (ii) applicable taxes. Other hotel-specific service charges may also apply. You are advised to check directly with the hotel for more information. 
     
    The applicable tax rates for each hotel shall be calculated based on the room rate per night. These taxes are already included in the total rate displayed at the time of booking.

  3. PAYMENT TERMS

    You may choose to either: 
     
    (a) Pre-pay for your booking, in which case payment may be made through accepted payment channels such as credit card or QR PH. The full amount of the booking will be charged on a non-refundable basis at the time of reservation, or 
     
    (b) Pay for your booking upon arrival at the hotel. 
     
  4. CANCELLATION POLICY

    (a) If you have pre-paid for your booking: 

    Once your booking is confirmed, payments are non-refundable. In the event of a cancellation or failure to arrive on the scheduled check-in date, the full pre-paid amount will be forfeited. Applicable taxes will be charged as required. 

    (b) If you choose to pay later: 

    Your booking will be held until 14:00 on the scheduled date of arrival. Should you fail to check in by 14:00 (local hotel time) without prior notification, the hotel reserves the right to cancel your booking, and the room will be released for other guests. If notice is provided within a reasonable time, the hotel may, at its discretion, extend the holding period for your booking. 

    (c) In the event of Force Majeure/ Fortuitous Event 

    In cases of natural disasters, government restrictions, public emergencies, and other circumstances beyond the control of the parties, cancellation or rebooking may be permitted, provided that sufficient proof or official documentation supporting the claim is submitted to the hotel.   

    The hotel reserves the right to verify the validity and authenticity of such proof and to determine the appropriate cause of action subject to hotel policy. 

  5. CHANGES

    Once your booking has been confirmed, no amendments or changes to the booking details (including, but not limited to, the guest name, number of guests, number of rooms, or arrival and departure dates) will be permitted. 

  6. PARKING

    Free parking is available; however, spaces are limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Availability is not guaranteed and is subject to change without prior notice. The hotel shall not be held liable for any loss of, or damage to, vehicles or their contents while parked on the premises. Vehicle owners are solely responsible for their property. The unavailability of parking shall not be considered a valid reason for cancellation, refund, or compensation. 

  7. MODIFICATION

    We reserve the right to modify and/or supplement these Booking Terms and Conditions at any time. In such cases, the updated version will be published on the Red Planet Platform and will automatically apply to all customers with immediate effect. 

  8. PET POLICY

  • Selected Red Planet Hotels will allocate one (1) floor exclusively as a pet-friendly floor.
  • Red Planet Davao 
  • Red Planet Manila Binondo 
  • Red Planet Clark Angeles City 
  • Red Planet Quezon City Timog 
  • Red Planet Cubao Aurora Boulevard 
  • Only one (1) pet is permitted. 
  • A non-refundable pet fee of PHP 600.00 per night per room will be collected. 
  • Allowed pets are limited to domesticated, trained dogs and cats (with a height not exceeding 60 cm / 2 ft), as well as caged hamsters, guinea pigs, and rabbits. 
  • Dogs and cats must be fully vaccinated against Rabies, Distemper, Leptospirosis, Parvovirus, and Parainfluenza. 
  • A copy of the vaccination record and a valid Health Certificate must be submitted prior to check-in. 
  • All pet necessities (e.g., equipment, towels, water trays, pet carriers, food, etc.) must be provided by the guest. 
  • Dogs are required to wear diapers at all times, especially in public areas of the hotel. 
  • Pets must be kept on a controlled leash at all times when outside the guest room. 
  • Guests are fully responsible for any property damage (including, but not limited to, accommodation rooms) and/or personal injuries caused by their pet. The hotel reserves the right to charge the guest’s account for any resulting costs. 
  • Use of the hotel’s towels or linens for pets may incur additional charges.
  • Designated pet-friendly areas include guest rooms, the main lobby, and the main entrance. Pets are not allowed in areas where dining or food and beverage services (including concessionaires) are provided. 
  • Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and disposing of waste in the designated disposal area.
  • Pets must never be left unattended. Pets may not be left alone in the room. The hotel does not provide pet-sitting services and will not be held responsible for the care of guests’ pets. 
  • During housekeeping or room cleaning, guests must take their pets out of the room.
  • Pets must check out with the guest. Any pets left inside the room after check-out will be considered abandoned and reported to the appropriate animal welfare authorities. 
  • Guests are required to sign a pet waiver upon check-in, indemnifying and holding harmless the hotel, its owners, and its operator from any and all liabilities or damages resulting from the guest’s pet.
